President
Mike Black Yussuff is the founder of Training Day. Mike has over 18 years of wholesale and retail experience. In 2002, Mike was General Manager for Total Sport Inc., a Philadelphia based retail chain with 15 stores stretching from New Jersey to Atlanta with $14M in annual sales and over 100 employees. In 2006, after founding Blac Label Premium, Mike became VP of Product Development for Headgear Inc., in Virginia Beach. Headgear Inc. was a brand house with multiple wholesale and retail outlets including Blac Label Premium, Taverniti Jeans, Antik Denim and Up Against The Wall. Under Mike’s tenure, Headgear Inc’s average annual revenue was $20M with 2008 being the best year with a revenue of over $40M. Previously Mike has worked as a Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst for Saks Fifth Avenue and Liz Claiborne, where he managed the quarterly and annual SEC filings. Mike is an Alumni of Loyola University.

Vice President
Antonio Tizol has been the Productions Manager at Meridian One since 2008. He holds a B.A. from Hampton University and a M.S. from Grantham University. As Productions Manager, he is responsible for designing all of the company’s artwork (print & web), managing production cost, and maintaining relationships with the vendors. Antonio also has multiple other businesses as he is the founder of 1-800-POLITICS, Care Package university & O1NE Clothing. Antonio does freelance design work for multiple government organization within the DC area, and has won multiple awards for his exceptional work.

Secretary
Chloe Somers graduated from DeVry University, where she majored in Business Project Management. She joined American Bankruptcy Institute as a staff accountant in November 2011 with seven years of experience in nonprofits. Prior to ABI she worked for the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases. She is a great problem solver, an effective trouble shooter, and an innovative thinker, who takes pride in helping the clients. She currently lives in Maryland., where she enjoys fashion, interior design and writing poetry.

June Sanders has over 15 years of wholesale and retail experience. Starting off as Manager of UP AGAINST THE WALL, a DMV based retail chain with 21 stores stretching as far as California. From there, June went on to create a luxury basic menswear brand, Luxe-T, before moving on to be a buyer for clothing and shoes at DTLR, Downtown Locker Room. June as been at DTLR for 11 years, were he is currently in the role of Product Design Management. Under his tenure the retail chain has grown from 24 to 104 stores and jumping from $35million annual sales to $200million.

Precious Frazier is a certified Holistic Health Coach and owner of Nutritional InnerG, Holistic Health and Wellness Practice. As a Health Coach, Precious works with clients to help them discover what’s getting in the way of their health. Precious coaches clients in one-on-one and group settings and provides support via her cleanse program and nutrition and wellness program. Precious holds a B.A. in Sociology from Hampton University and M.A. in Applied Sociology and Public Policy from American University. Her background allows her to examine the various social components that influence health (environmental, community, educational, economic, etc.) and assist clients in recognizing the impact of such influences on their overall and personal health. As a Sociologist and Holistic Heath Coach, Precious is able to approach health and wellness using a broad lens and with a deeper level of compassion and commitment. Today, Precious dedicates her life and business to the pursuit of worldwide health/happiness and to the fight against food related sickness and disease.

Stanley Thompson is a DMV based photographer, beginning his career in the industry in the late 70's. Though best know as a wedding photojournalist he is also a headshot and corporate still photographer. Stanley has photographed weddings and events in the DMV area for over 30 years.
His company, FotoFirm, has successfully made the transition from film roll and poloroid to digital photography.
